RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage, inspire, and help develop a team of CritSit Managers in Americas.
Support and lead engagement on Microsoft’s most technically complex, mission critical or politically hot customer issues, driving ownership of issues through resolution.
Advocate for Microsoft at the customer CEO/CIO levels by providing superior customer service, which results in continued Microsoft revenue.
Provide mentor assistance up to and including Executive level to stakeholders within Microsoft
Act as a primary point of contact for Executive level contacts externally
Interface with various departments within the Customer and Partner to provide relief to the sever business impacting issue and work
with the Customer and account team to identify and deliver preventative services to remediate risk.
Manage self and team under pressure exhibiting great flexibility with a strong tolerance for managing through ambiguity and
uncertainty.

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Candidates with Service delivery experience and having experience in managing a vendor/partner team would be preferred.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a customer-oriented position of which a minimum of 2 years in technical role would be desirable.
Ability to work non-standard hours, weekends and public holidays is required.
Bachelor’s Degree with major in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
Candidate should have broad knowledge of Microsoft products, programs, and policies.
Passion and interest in enhancing the customer experiences and experience in direct customer interaction.
Candidate must be customer oriented and have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; This position requires the ability to use assertive, positive and
effective communications skills (written and oral) to market thoughts and ideas, work effectively across multiple management levels
up the executive level as necessary.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage effective escalation within different Microsoft departments.
Candidate must have the ability to effectively influence and lead actions across the group and organization (cross-group
collaboration skills).
Candidate must be action oriented, demonstrate ability to drive issues to resolution on behalf of the customers.
