It takes top performers between 2-3 months to hit the minimum sales goal. If you hit the minimum sales goal for 3 months out of your first 6 months working with us, we will pay for 3 nights (all-inclusive) at Riu Palace in Guanacaste.

Your Role as an Attendee Sales Manager
In your role, you’ll be tasked with making a minimum of 80 calls and sending 150 emails per day. Your audience? HR executives who’d benefit from our exciting conferences. Your mission? To invite and convince them to attend our events.
Location
This job in working from our office in Escazu. Salespeople that hit their monthly target can work one day per week from home the following month.
Compensation
We believe in rewarding our hard-working team. As an Attendee Sales Manager, you’ll earn a base salary of $1200 per month, plus commission. Our sales projections range from $5,000 to $20,000 per month. Total earnings can range between $1,450 and $2,200 per month. The average salesperson on our team earns around $1,700 per month. Your potential here is only limited by your ambition and drive!
